The Clock Monitoring System is accessed from the "Device Mangement/My Clocks" menu item on the Novanex support page: support.novanexsolutions.com
After completing your purchase of the Monitoring System, Novanex support personnel will provide a login and password granting you access. You'll have a web-accessible view of all clocks installed at your organization and their current status:

The icon with the gear (at the top right) allows enablement of the email notification feature. You'll receive one email per day, on each day any of your clocks does not check in with "Online" status.
