After completing your purchase of the OnTime Management System, Novanex support personnel will provide a login and password granting you access. With the purchase of the optional Inova OnTime Management System you'll have a web-accessible view of all clocks installed at your organization:

The icon with the gear (at the top right) allows enablement of the email notification feature. You'll receive one email per day on each day any of your clocks does not check in with "Online" status.
