Effective today, the business unit of Inova Solutions, Inc. that manufactures the Inova OnTime and Inova OnAlert product lines has been purchased by Novanex, Inc. Novanex is owned and operated by the former CEO of Inova Solutions, Pete Sisti. Members of the Inova Solutions team formerly with the hardware manufacturing business unit have remained with the new company. The production facility remains at 1180 Seminole Trail in Charlottesville, Virginia. Patti Baker, Director of Operations, will continue to manage the day to day business with her former assembly and testing team.
